At Bounce 24 Party Rentals, we are committed to providing a safe, fun, and professional experience for every event. Please review our policies before booking.
Booking & Reservations
All rentals require a deposit to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. We are happy to reschedule due to weather at no additional charge.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery, setup, and takedown are included with every rental. The customer must ensure a clear, accessible area for setup. Additional fees may apply for locations requiring extra difficult access.
Cleanliness & Equipment Care
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before every rental. The renter is responsible for keeping equipment clean and free from damage during the rental period. Fees will be assessed for excessive cleaning needs or damage caused by misuse.
Liability
Bounce 24 Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety rules or unsupervised use of equipment. By booking with us, the renter accepts full responsibility for safe use during the rental period.
